"If I were King"
If i were King, what will there be
That I shall not give thee;
My Kingdom, how wealthy and wide
Shall be thine, and thy rule abide;
The sun and moon shall shine for thee
And winds shall pronounce thy name eternally
The flowers shall blossom for thee to see
And the birds shall sing thy heart to glee
The stars shall glitter in thine eyes and hair
And the world a ruby for thee to wear;
Alas! I am not King, nor will I ever be
But only hope in verse to show my love for thee.
