sinking deep

im slowly slipping away i tell you
the him of june 2007
where self pity and self denial was at its best
for whose to know, will love ever rest?

the numbness
the angst and the sorrow
everything seems monodirectional
and no one really sees it, but me

the one who will stand,
will be the one who caused a the end
as i empathize
this unsung hero will soon realize

the biggest pain of it all
people rather step, take advantage, and make you fall
i had it, i had it all
this is the start of something new
something not nice.
